What`s Your Life Mission

Have you climbed to the top of Mount Everest, feeling hot and sweaty in the freezing cold, jubilant but exhausted, alone but blissfully at one with the world? What brought you to that point of exultation?

What`s your Life Mission

Have you ever experienced looking in to the eyes of a small scantily dressed child in the deepest parts of Africa; their slightly damp hand gently and respectfully takes yours as their perfect and irresistible smile asks you to come and play. They sense your apprehension as you hesitate and they quietly ask you if there is anything you need to make you feel more comfortable. Did you feel confused? A little guilty? Perhaps wanting to give your all to that child as you saw a reflection of yourself inside their eyes. What questions did you ask yourself that day? What decisions did you make as time stood still? In fact, who did you resolve to become at that precise moment?

What's Yur Life Mission

Or perhaps you, amongst many, have stopped using toxins and chemicals in your environment the adverse affects are devastatingly destroying our planet. What type of information entered your psyche and crossed your invisible line of tolerance that made you determined to clean up the environment, your act, your life? Was it the faint subtle sense of collective world vulnerability? Did you want to spread the world?

Whatever your emotions were in any of those three scenarios, it all boils down to one thing; that inescapable feeling that you are here in this world to experience something greater than yourself. Whether it be a oneness with the universe, a connection with a stranger or the need to save our ecosystem we all have felt it and we all intrinsically know that we are here for a purpose don't we?

Well thats where all the confusion begins, because of this doubt we harbour. We doubt ourselves, our loved ones, our friends and eventually that doubt leads to mistrust. Combine all of that with the billions of images, stimulants and distractions that bombard and clog up our senses, preventing us to get a clear cut view of who we really are, what we really stand for, the true visions of ourselves, our purpose, our Life's Mission.

It doesn't have to be that way; all you need is a little bit of space, time and patience to reconnect to your inner self. For you didn't come to this planet without a clue of your purpose. That hardly seems possible. The intention of creation was there form the beginning. Why else would that singular sperm be so determined to fertilize that egg. What was the force that was driving him forward like his life literally depended on it? And what was his PURPOSE for fertilization? Isn't it obvious? That determination wasn't just mindlessness, otherwise it wouldn't have known in which direction to go in and he would have taken his blessed time to get there as he was wondering what all the fuss was about. No that sperm had urgency and new exactly what it's outcome was - that outcome is YOU!

So you see, if you were so determined to be created in to the person you are now then it stands to reason that you still have that urgency and you still have a purpose albeit in incognito. Some might say, sure I have a purpose, a life mission but I dont know how to go about doing it. I havent got the money, the know how, the intelligence. Well all I can say is if that sperm was determined to fertilize that egg in order to create you, do you really think he would have left his tool box at home? Would he have tried to fertilize that egg without knowing how to create the perfect human being? Do you realise the amount of infinite intelligence that must be present in those two single cells (the Sperm and the Ovum)?

That Infinite Universal Intelligence is you. It is embedded in each and every one of your cells. You have every resource you need to manifest your true intention -  Your Life's Mission.

So tell me, I'm curious, what is your Life's Mission? Instead of thinking of an answer, try feeling for one. What activity makes your body tingle every time you think about it? What idea makes your muscles tense in pure anticipation of brining forth its existence? What phenomenal outrageous adventure could you come up with and then pull it off so magnificently that you yourself say "Wow, did I just do that?"  What glorious feat will you perform today even if it is just to make someone smile with your touch?

The other day, I had a mischievous urge to make someone I hardly knew smile with my words, so I said, Your light shines so brightly that when I hear it, it tastes so sweet that I can't help but quiver. I said it just for the love of it and in a heartbeat I was swooped up, twirled around and he giggled like a child. It was a moment of pure connection. What was my purpose for that moment? To make someone feel good and that tickled me.

You see your life's purpose doesn't have to be a grand design of humungous proportions. It just has to be true and it only has to translate to one person, object or thing. That light intense energy will no doubt in time resonate with the rest of the world and then the universe will giggle.

Rediscovering your Life's Mission is easy. The hard part is navigating it constantly and consistently through our modern society. But like that little sperm, in time you'll hit the jackpot and the whole universe will celebrate your return home.
